Loon Lake

Loon lake is normally gin clear, but today the water was significantly murky, as the lake has just finished turning over. There were a few boats out dragging suckers.  I had a trolling spread of a 10" Jake and a Depth Raider, but it was not to be.  30 minutes into my run, the sky turned black, and the wind kicked up from 5-10, to around 25+!  With the water whitecapping, I reeled up and went in. As of note, the lake looks to be only down about 12", which is good considering other local lakes are down 3 feet.
