"Old" Sangchris Lake Fishing Reports

I fished Sangchris for the first time in April of 2003, and instantly knew that this was a great lake. Sangchris works out nice for me because I live in northern Illinois, so the Sangchris Spring Peak comes and goes just before the Shabbona Spring Peak starts, and in the Fall, Sangchris turns on just as Shabbona shuts down !!!! The only down-side, is the 4 1/2 hour drive !!!! (That's why you don't see very many reports here) If I lived closer, I'd probably have to quit my job. I haven't yet had 25 days on this lake, and it's given up some really nice largemouth bass, and a few big bonus stripers.
